I've Got a Mind Like a Steel Trap
A Steel TRAP, I tell you. Nothing escapes me. Case in point:
One thing that I have deduced from my detailed study of weight loss behaviors is this: when you don't exercise, you won't lose weight.
It's an amazing correlation, really. Surely my observations will be followed up by myriad scientific studies the world over.
Siiigh.
(Can you guess what I didn't do this last week? So I didn't lose any weight. But I didn't gain either. Now please excuse me while I go work up a sweat...)

Hang in there cutie, congrats on maintaining.
Yes, exercise is key. Keep working at it, you'll get there!!
Yeah that you didn't gain! Its hard work to consistently exercise! Hang in there!
Maintaining is a good thing!! I need to exercise this week as well. I only moved 4 days last week and I didn't lose either. I am making mini goals this week. Have a great day!! ((Hugs))
You sound like me. I'm always amazed when I don't lose...oh yeah, that's right...I'm not moving my body. heehee
Good luck to you and make a small goal this week to walk...even 20 minutes a day.
Love your blog! First time I've come across it...I'll be back!
Yep, that old exercise seems to be rather important. I'm with you - not down nor up. Oh well, just get back on the proverbial treadmill and keep on going. I haven't been very consistent in the exercise department either, but we'll do better this week, right? Of course!! :D
I know what you mean. I don't want exercise to be the key to successful weight loss - but alas, it is. I am trying, trying, trying. I hope this is a better week for you! And congratulations on a no gain!
So THAT'S the secret! You oughtta write a book and call it "The Secret"...oh, no, wait, someone already did...oh, well.............
Keep your eyes on your goals! Congrats on not gaining. ;-)
Path to Health
We joined a gym a few weeks ago, and I have decided that my children are trying to encourage me to exercise. Because when they continually act like little heathens, I dream of dropping them off in childcare for a few quiet, yet torturous moments of peace. ;-)
You go girl! You can do it!!!
It's amazing how something as simple as walking seems to be such an insurmountable for us. Ugh, I'm right there with you!
Good luck this week!
