From the Mouths of Babes
During our family time this evening, Mr. Bug offered the following tidbit about our family for us to ponder:
If all of us were mice, they could write a book about us.

So this begs the question: What do you do in real life that would be so interesting as mice?
Do you eat a lot of cheese? (Of course I think mice would refer to it as formage - but that's just my own particular fantasy)
Do you run around in your attic and play? (I love the image of you and your kids playing dodgeball in the attic - ha ha)
What an imagination! I think I would encourage him to write the story.
My younger daughter wrote and illustrated two stories about animals. Her drawings were precious! She was in 3rd grade, and I was delighted to discover that it wasn't a class assignment. She just decided to do it.
